Cook and Save

This may be obvious to most people but it’s always good to point this out.
Unsharp knives are much more dangerous than sharp ones!
For two main reasons that combine:

it’s easy to loose control of an unsharp knife
using unsharp knives you need to apply more strength

So be careful and keep you knives sharp!
